KARABAS.CZ invites event organizers to cooperate

KARABAS.CZ provides the following services:

  • ticket sales via the karabas.cz website;
  • ticket sales via a call center;
  • ticket sales via an affiliate network, including partner sites;
  • organization of access control systems and support services during the event;
  • concert tour service;
  • promotion of events via KARABAS social networks and via thematic e-mail newsletters.


The KARABAS.CZ website offers e-commerce services and the possibility of selling additional products. The site is connected to the largest payment systems.

Representing an event on KARABAS.CZ allows you to significantly increase ticket sales and reduce the costs of its promotion. All events on the site are accompanied by detailed descriptions, photo and video materials, plans, descriptions of halls and their addresses.

A visitor to the site can select events by genre, city and date and receive bonuses. KARABAS accepts payments by credit cards and electronic money. The buyer can purchase an electronic ticket on the site and print it himself.

Organization of the access control system and support services KARABAS regularly provides services for the organization of access control systems for events, which include: •    providing equipment and personnel;

•    processing databases of purchased tickets from other ticket operators;
•    organization of the ticket control process at the entrance;
•    solving problematic issues.

System of work with KARABAS.CZ

1. To start work (selling tickets), the Event Organizer must conclude a contract with the KARABAS ticket service. The contract and terms of the commission amount are sent upon request in response to the provision of information about the event.

WARNING! The Event Organizer can only be a legal entity.

After concluding the contract, the Organizer fills out a questionnaire in which he indicates detailed information about the event, including: • ticket quota (quota: number of tickets with an indication of the price and, in the case of boarding - rows and seats, which are planned to be sold through the ticket operator);
•    a 707x1000 poster in .jpg, .psd or .tiff format and layers without advertising logos;
•    press release for the website;
•    photo and video materials that may be interesting to ticket buyers, which the organizer wants to use in social networks and newsletters;
•    interesting facts about the speakers.

2. After signing the contract and providing information about the event, it is transferred to the “FrontManager: Tickets” system. The organizer gets access to a personal account that allows: •    view sales statistics;
•    analyze and make operational decisions on ticket volume management;
•    create electronic tickets or invitations yourself.

The “FrontManager: Tickets” ticket system is a product of the Ukrainian software developer “FrontManager” LLC. The company "FrontManager" is the only Ukrainian developer of ticketing systems certified by TUV NORD for compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 standards (development and sale of software, provision of services for its use in the "on-line" mode - service (SaaS model). The following are connected to the system: KARABAS.CZ website, bank website, incl. call center, ticket distribution website, partners start selling through all KARABAS sales channels

3. The payment procedure is discussed with the Organizer separately

4. On the day of the event, KARABAS.CZ can become a service partner of the Organizer and organize:

• access control system (turnkey organization or provision of equipment);

• customer support services;

• on-site ticket sales.
